HOW CAN I PAY?
Miss Boo accepts payments from all major credit and debit card providers including PayPal. You can view our prices in £ GBP, € Euro, $ US Dollars, $ AUS Dollars and $ CAN Dollars. Refunds will be processed in the same currency with which you paid for the original order.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
- Use the website navigation at the top of the page (e.g. Heels, Trainers, Sandals, New In, Pumps, etc.) or use the search box at the top of the page to locate the items you are looking for.
- Once you find an item, choose the size (where applicable) and quantity. Then, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
- You can review your items by clicking on the Shopping Cart Icon at the top right of the screen. To remove any items in your cart, simply click the ‘Remove’ button, or ‘Update Quantity’ button to change the number of an item.
- When you are ready to make a purchase, click the ‘Checkout’ button and follow the steps to complete your transaction.
HOW DO I KNOW MISS BOO HAS RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please note that this does not guarantee that the item is available.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a parcel tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Ohh no! Sorry that you had to think about modifying or cancelling your order. Unfortunately, we might struggle with that. We tend to ship the order pretty much straight away. The chances of stopping an order are very small. However, as soon as you change your mind email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you were want to cancel or modify the order and we will do our best to help you.
WHEN I ORDER SOMETHING, AM I GUARANTEED THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE SAME ITEMS?
Unfortunately, items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within five working days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
It could take up to 10 days for the refund money to appear back into your account. If after 10 days, the money doesn't appear in your account please email us on email@example.com.
DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?
Wrong size? Want a different colour? No problem! UK customers have 28 days to send your item back to us for an exchange. Make sure you complete the return request form so that we have all the information we need to process the exchange quickly.
Please note: Exchanges will only be accepted if the product has not been used or damaged. Allow up to 10 working days for your exchange to be processed.

DO YOU SHIP THE ITEMS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
No, unfortunately, we cannot split the order. Therefore, we cannot ship the items to the multiple addresses. However, we can deliver the goods to a different address than your billing address.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE FORM OF PAYMENT?
No, there is no way to split the payment.
ARE MY PAYMENT DETAILS SAFE WITH MISS BOO?
Miss Boo hosts its website on very secure servers. All your payments are processed through third-party platforms like Shopify, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. These are leading payment platforms used by millions of online shoppers. Don't worry, you’re in safe hands.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We currently offer deliveries via Royal Mail. It will take up to 2-3 business days* after receiving the order.
*Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We promise to refund any items for any reason within 28 days of dispatch should you return it in a sellable condition.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
- Fill out the return request form
- Our team will confirm whether your return has been approved
- Repack the item back in the original box (please don't forget to include the invoice)
- Pack the box into an external packaging (it doesn't have to the original packaging)

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM!
Firstly, we are very sorry that you received faulty or incorrect items. Don't worry just return the items back to us. For the replacement items, we will not charge you the postage and we will refund your postage for faulty and incorrect items. Our team will take a look at the item before confirming that we accept liability for the item being faulty.
IS THE RETURN POSTAGE FREE?
No. Unfortunately, the return postage is at the customer expense. Please keep hold of your receipt as a proof of postage in case anything goes wrong.
